How long will everything take?
Once you submit your image and payment, we aim to create your personalized artwork within 3-5 days. You will have a chance to review your image for quality assurance, and to make minor changes. Once approved, our print team processes the orders (Mon-Friday). After that shipping on average is 5–7 business days, and yes, we guarantee the safe arrival of your print! On average, you can expect to have your print within 10-14 days.
Why do I have to pay per person in the Image?
More people = more time! Each person adds extra design time to capture their details perfectly, ensuring your artwork looks amazing.
What types of photos work best for Cre8tivePop art?
By uploading an image, you confirm that you own the rights to the image.
High-resolution, portrait style images from the chest up with good lighting and clarity work best. Whether it’s a concert shot, a family portrait, or a special event, the better the quality of the original photo, the more stunning your final piece will be.

Dos & Don'ts
- Use a high-quality image (around 1MB) with good lighting so the artist can capture all details.
- Make sure your picture is not pixelated or blurry.
- Select a photo which is well framed - i.e. the subject is in the photo. What is not in the photo, will not be drawn. Full or half body images work the best.
- Modifications such as changing angles or adding objects which are not in the photo are not possible.
- We are happy to alternate any colours to match your home. Please just leave a detailed note when submitting your order.
- Note that objects which are directly in the image (such as a phone in a mirror selfie) will be included in the artwork.
Can I request specific colors or styles for my artwork?
We encourage you to share your color preferences or any specific styles you have in mind when placing your order. Our artists will work to create a piece that matches your vision. Just leave a message on the order page for customization requests. All requests subject to an additional charge.
Do you offer digital downloads of the artwork?
Yes, we offer digital versions of your custom artwork if you prefer to print it yourself or use it for other purposes. Just select the digital option during checkout.
Can I see a preview of my artwork before it’s printed?
Yes, we provide a digital proof for your approval before printing. This ensures that you’re completely satisfied with the design before it’s finalized.
Why do I have to pay to remove the logo?
People get asked all the time where they got their art from. Having the QR code in your image is an easy way to let your friends know where to get their own. The logo serves as a small marketing tool that helps us keep our costs competitive while ensuring high-quality prints. The fee to remove it is nominal and allows you to have a clean, professional finish to your artwork, if preferred.
